Payment, cancellation policy
Cancellation after enquiring about accomodation:
We keep your chosen room until an agreed date. If we do not receive a written confirmation until that certain date, we delete your pre-reservation. Please let us know if you do not want to reserve your room!
Cancellation of confirmed accomodation:
Until your first down payment cancellation is free.
Up to 30 days before your arrival: 10% of the full price
Between 15th up to the 29th day before your arrival: 40% of the full price
Up to the 14th day from the day of your arrival: 60% of the full price
Payment methods:
Please pay your first down payment, 10% two weeks after receiving our confirmation of your booking. Please send us a copy of your cheque or bank transfer with name, address and reservation number. (If your would like to receive a VAT invoice, please provide us the tax number and receiving details.)

As a second down payment, please pay 50% up to 3 weeks before your arrival. The rest of the payment is to be paid in the hotel.
Please note, that in case of failing of payment, we cancel room reservation.
